DOMINIC P FERNANDES
Director

Dominic has a very strong background working as a Banking Professional for 20 years with extensive strategic and operational experience in senior positions in commercial and retail banking. In his last role, he was a Unit Head – SME/ Head of Mid Corporate in Commercial Banking with Al Khalij Commercial Bank in Doha, Qatar. He has outstanding commercial acumen and analytical skills combined with the ability to develop long-term customer relationships .He also was Vice President, Secured Lending in HSBC in Mumbai. He spearheaded home loan sales and handled relationships with key property developers in Western India. He also had experience of the mortgage industry in the capacity of Manager Home Loans with ABN AMRO and ICICI in Mumbai. He has an MBA (Finance). He holds both CEMAP and CERER from London Institute of Business and Finance. Dominic is very passionate about building long term relationships with clients.

LANA L GOES
Director

Lana has been a banking professional with over 15 years of experience working for HSBC Bank Middle East, HSBC Mumbai and ICICI Bank. She has spent significant amount of time in the mortgage industry in various roles ranging from Customer Relationship Management, Underwriting and Operations Management. In her last role she was associated with Grovehouse Financial Services where she worked for the Practice Principal.
Lana holds a Masters Degree in Economics and the CEMAP from the London Institute of Banking and Finance.
She is passionate about helping customers meet their mortgage and protection needs.

Late DILIP D MANDALIA

Late Dilip Mandalia was the founder of Grovehouse Financial Services Ltd. He had over 40 years of experience as a Financial Adviser. He was associated with Openwork Ltd prior to its inception and had witnessed its growth from Hambro Life to Allied Dunbar to Zurich Advice Network. He looked after numerous clients and offered help and advice in Mortgage, Protection and Investments. His clients were from all walks of life, and he was known for his exceptional service and guidance. He had built his successful business mostly from positive feedback and recommendations given by his existing clients. He very diligently assisted them from buying their first homes, to protecting their families and planning their retirement. He was passionate about helping people and building long term relationships. We are proud to carry forward his legacy.
